Cheesy Macaroni with Peas and Ham The Easy Kitchen

Easy to make and easier to eat - great for meal prep. Used to eat this every week. Ham can be subbed for bacon, sausage, etc.,


Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.


Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper.


Add milk and whisk as sauce comes to a simmer.


Add cheese and nutmeg and continue stirring until sauce thickens, around 3 minutes.


Add peas, ham and pasta to cheese mixture. Serve with chives!
