Oatmeal Biscuits Frame by Frame Baking

Tasty biscuits with a cup of tea. Soft and chewy! Extra sweet with a drizzle of chocolate, but they don’t need it.


Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a baking sheet.


Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg, water and vanilla, and beat until smooth.


Combine dry ingredients, then add them to wet mix. Stir until thoroughly combined.


Spoon tablespoon-fuls of the mix onto baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden. Let cool on wire rack.

Note: these do spread a fair bit. Space them liberally.
