Easy and tasty sauce for pizza, pasta, and everything in between.


Heat oil and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat, until garlic is fragrant and straw yellow.

We aren’t frying the garlic! Lower the heat if needed.


Add tomatoes and their juice. Bring to a simmer and cool until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.


Stir in herbs, sugar, and salt to taste.
